So today I was asked, "How old do you want to be when you have babies?” I answered, "Probably 35", to which they answered, "You are having babies when 35? Won’t you be a little too old for that?"
It made me think for a second that maybe they were right, I would be too old, and my kids would probably call me Grandma when they got older. It actually made me laugh because when I think about my life and the choices I have made, I realize that God has been with me in every decision I have taken through out my life and I don't regret anything that has kept me from fulfilling societies dream of being a perfect woman and having kids at a certain age.
In my imperfect world, I know I won't be left alone ever because well apparently my timing is all wrong but in God's perfect world, timing is just right and so He knows when the time will be right for me to have a kid or not. Anyway, my timing is His timing, and so as far as I am concerned, I have all the time in the world.
